Program Features
Official internship program to Japan through the Sending Organization (SO).
Participants are provided with Japanese language and work culture training before departure.
3 year internship period with placements in various industrial fields.
Get pocket money/salary and insurance protection according to Japanese regulations.
Provides international work experience and skills enhancement.
Requirements
Male/Female
General age is 18–29 years (can adjust to job/industry policies).
Minimum high school/vocational education equivalent.
Minimum height for women is 145 cm
Minimum height for women is 155 cm
Physically and spiritually healthy, proven by a health certificate.
No tattoos and no piercings (men only; following job requirements).
Willing to follow training and program rules until completion.
Have high work motivation, discipline, and ready to be placed in Japan.
