Process
Steps to Work in Japan
Follow these processes to achieve your dream.
Initial Medical Check Up
The first stage that prospective workers must go through is an initial health examination. This process aims to ensure that the basic physical and medical conditions of prospective participants meet specified health standards before proceeding to the next process.
Register with LPK DARUMA (LPK DARUMAへの登録)
After being declared healthy at the initial stage, prospective participants officially register to join the LPK DARUMA Job Training Institute
Study up to Chapter 25 or JFT A2
At this stage, participants will take part in Japanese language and culture training. The minimum learning target is to master the material up to Chapter 25 or successfully pass the Japanese language proficiency test at JFT-Basic A2 level (or equivalent).
Arranging Passport
After having language skills, participants begin to enter the international administration stage by making an official travel document, namely a passport, as an absolute requirement for going abroad.
Job Matching with Japanese Companies
The stage where the participant's profile and abilities are matched with the needs of companies in Japan. Here there will be an interview or job selection process directly with the Japanese company (user).
Complete Medical Check Up
After successfully getting a job (matching job), participants must undergo a more thorough and in-depth (comprehensive) follow-up health examination to ensure they are truly ready and medically fit to work in Japan.
Contract Signature
Participants who pass the complete health test will sign an official employment contract (job order / employment contract) with the Japanese company that accepts them.
COE Management
At this stage, the LPK and partner companies will process the COE (Certificate of Eligibility) or Certificate of Eligibility for Residence documents at Japanese immigration. This document is the main requirement for a residence permit in Japan to be approved.
Visa processing
After the COE document from Japan is issued, participants can proceed to the stage of processing a work visa at the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in Indonesia so that it is legal to enter and work there.
Depart for Japan
the final stage of the entire series of processes. After all documents (Passport, COE, and Visa) are complete and ready, participants will officially fly to Japan to start their work.
